What type of plating is your jewellery?
All jewellery is plated with high quality materials and with a minimum of 4-5 microns.  All silver coloured jewellery is coated in Rhodium Platinum which is highly durable.  Gold coloured jewellery is coated with a layer of either yellow, rose or champagne gold.
Are the crystals in your jewellery a high quality?
Yes! All our glass crystals are man-made to the highest quality and manufactured in Austria. Our crystals are guaranteed to have no bubbles inside the crystal. All gems have a brilliant shine that is far superior to other lower end crystal. All our crystals used are identical in size and cut and each colour family are identical. Scratches on the surface of the crystal or an oily sheen is indicative of cheaper, low end crystals.  We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of the crystals use use and love them!
How do I clean my jewellery?
To ensure your jewellery is looking its best, we recommend you clean your jewellery by hand in lukewarm water with a few drops of a mild detergent or soap with a PH neutral base. Rinse under running water and afterwards dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
How do I care for my jewellery?
We recommend avoiding exposing the crystals to water, chemicals, or harsh treatment from work or sports. Always remove crystal jewellery prior to swimming and after applying make-up and lotions to skin.  When possible, store crystal jewellery in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, store pieces in tissue paper or a soft cloth to guard against loosening the crystals or scratching any metal.

I haven't received my delivery?
Each item we send out has a tracking number to ensure you have piece of mind of where your order is.  Your tracking number is emailed to you once your item is shipped and also available in your account.  You can use our Track My Order page to check the location of your item.  If you require assistance tracking your item, please Contact Us and we will be happy to help.
